Mardi Himal is one of the high peaks situated at the elevation of 5,587 meters from sea level. The Peak lies in the most popular Annapurna Region of Nepal. It is group ‘B’ categorized climbing peak by Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA). Mardi Himal trek follows the off the beaten unfrequented trail, which is challenging for its own. But in contrast offers lots of opportunities for exploring the religious and remote villages, endless diversity of culture and spectacular mountain and nature sceneries. Hence, this journey is best-suited for adventure seekers into the remote wilderness and unfrequented trail. You can enjoy amazingly beautiful scenic nature and views of a peaceful environment. Moreover, the journey is challenging as you are trekking through a few visited trail. But not so difficult and hence without any previous experience also, the trip can be completed.
Moreover, you can enjoy the mesmerizing views of Annapurna ranges and surprising gazing views of Fish Tail Peak from the summit of the peak. While passing through Mardi Khola, you trek through the hillside village of Siding, down through the lovely fields, past the simple farms and wonderful bridges. However, this truly presents the good taste of pure Nepali countryside.
Trekking Route
Your Mardi Himal Peak Climbing trip starts with a scenic drive to Pokhara valley from Kathmandu valley. You should take further one more drive to Hyenja, from where you can start your actual trekking. Trekking trail started from Hyenja follows the way passing through Gyachok, Sano Khoban, Pipa, Thulo Kharka, Mardi Himal Base Camp (4,100 meters), Mardi Himal High Camp (4,650 meters) and finally to the summit of the peak at the elevation of 5,587 meters above the sea level. Furthermore, the descending trail from the summit of the peak follows the way passing through Mardi Himal Base Camp, Korchon, Riban and finally Hyenja. Hyenja is the finishing point of this trekking and climbing trail. From Hyenja a comforting drive of about 4 hours will take you to Pokhara valley. Further, a scenic flight or drive will take you back to Kathmandu valley.

Moreover, the best time for this Peak climbing journey is autumn (September to November) and spring (March to May).
