    Annapurna Foothills is a famous trekking destination around the Annapurna region and is the nearest village trek from Pokhara valley.     One of the best thing about trekking in Annapurna Foothills is you will be passing through various attractive and famous destinations during this trek. Normally, your journey starts from Tikhedhunga which can be reached with a comfortable drive from Pokhara Valley and a short walk. From Tikhedhunga, you can start your trek passing through Ghorepani, Tadapani, Tadapani, Nayapul and finally to Pokhara valley again. During the whole journey, you can have surprising views of mountains surrounded by beautiful rhododendron trees. You can have magnificent views of the snowcapped mountains, lush green hills, villages and some donkeys on your way towards Ghorepani. The highlights while trekking towards Ghorepani is spectacular views of Mt. Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Ranges, which seems mesmerizing from here. You will be passing through a great viewpoint, i.e. Poonhill, from where whatever you see will be beautiful. Climbing to Deurali pass offers panoramic views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna. Tadapani provides close up sunset view which is reached via a steep trail through dense moss-covered forest rich with bird life. Exploring Gurung village is one of the best parts of this trip.     However, the best time to trek in Annapurna Foothills is during spring (March-May) and autumn (September to November), when the temperature is favorably providing stunning views. There is not much problem in accommodation on this trip providing you the wonderful trekking experience.
